When you're stuck on the periphery of a truck stop hotspot, at the outer reaches of access point coverage, you might find the signal too weak to make a good connection to the Internet. If moving to another parking spot is out of the question (and, in my experience, it usually is) you can, in many cases, use a high-gain antenna to pull in that weak signal and make a solid connection.
On the other hand, you might be signed up with a cellular provider for your wireless Internet connection. Antennas are available to help you get connected even when you find yourself stuck in an area with far fewer than five bars of signal strength.
Now, I haven't gotten to this section yet; but I will. I've amassed a wealth of information regarding both High-Gain Wi-Fi antennas and Cellular Antennas. Keep checking back. I'm a big fan of antennas so I'll be finishing this section soon!
